Beach Rules
Our Beach Rules are intended so that everyone can enjoy a safe and fun day at the beach! Please review them and remember....
A beach badge is required for anyone 12 yrs of age and older using the beach

The following are not permitted
on the beach-
-Open containers (cans, bottles, etc.) of alcoholic beverages
-Glass
- Pets
-Smoking/Vaping/Cigars
-Loud Music
-Canopy style sunshade larger than 39 sq ft
-Any size canopy style sunshade with side walls
-Shibumi canopies or tents (except baby tents)
Beach Badge Check
Beach badges are being checked upon arrival to the beach every Saturday and Sunday as volunteers are available.
Please remember to bring your badges with you to the beach and have your badge available for the badge checker to see!
Cost for a daily badge is $15.00 and it can be purchased from the badge checker.

2025 Beach Badges for Renters
Members beach badges are NOT to be used by renters.
Per the NSBC bylaws, renters must purchase their own beach badges. This should be done by completing the 2025 Rental Beach Badge Order Form and submitting per instructions on the form. The badges will be available the first day of the rental period. Click here to access the form.

HURRICANE ERIN!!
WHAT THE ARMY CORE BUILDS, MOTHER NATURE TAKETH AWAY!!
Well, it was a nice big beach while it lasted... but in reality, we fared pretty well after the huge waves of Hurricane Erin moved through. However, the ocean remains rough and dangerous rip currents still exist. Please pay close attention to the lifeguards, the flags, and if there is swimming, only swim between the flags. Remember to bring your badges at all times and show them to the badge checker on weekends.
